On the morning of Sunday, December 7th, 1941, around 60 years ago, Japanese bombers and fighters attacked by surprise the U.S. naval fleet based at Pearl Harbor, in the islands of Hawaii.

Admiral Yamamoto organised this attack secretly and his success lead to the loss of about 2000 americans.

Since April 1940, based at Pearl Harbor in the Hawaiian island of Oahu, the U.S. Pacific Fleet was a tempting target. Admiral Yamamoto elaborated one of the greatest attacks in history: aircraft carriers sailed anonymously to a point located at 320km north of Oahu, which served as a base to send in torpedo planes, fighters and bombers in order to destroy the port facilities and the U.S. fleet which was stationed there.

The attack occured 68 years ago at 7:55 a.m. exactly. The U.S. marines were taken by surprise and were not expecting any attack due to the lack of any official declaration of war.

Pearl Harbor Day, December 7th, 1941 was a day of great loss to the american Army and Navy (about 2000 dead and more than 1000 injured).

Matt Schaub leaves game with shoulder injury

Matt Schaub leaves the game (Jacksonville) with a left shoulder injury.

Schaub was sacked from behind by Derrick Harvey on the Texans first play from scrimmage. He fell down on his left arm and left the field with trainers working on it.

Since he joined the Texans in 2007, Schaub has been really unable to stay healthy for an entire season. He missed five games in each of his first two seasons.

A 4th candidate allegedly had a relationship with Tiger Woods! Sh's already been lawyerd up and is expecting to hold a press conference.

Jaimee Grubbs, a former reality TV show is from Orlando and is #4. She alleges she begun an affair with Tiger Woods in 2004, which lasted at least 2 years.

Tiger Woods is mysterious and we really feel sorry for his family.

Pete Caroll and Grad Student Allegations

Charlie Weis implied Pete Carroll lived with a graduate student while separate from his wife.

In a question-and-answer session with Tim Prister, Senior Editor at IrishIllustrated.com, was asked:

“Is it frustrating to you Pete Carroll, for example, portrayed in one way …”

Weis responded:

“Let me ask you this question: You guys know about things that go on in different places. Was I living with a grad student in Malibu, or was I living with my wife in my house? You could bet that if I were living with a grad student here in South Bend, it would be national news. He’s doing it in Malibu and it’s not national news. What’s the difference? I don’t understand. Why is it okay for one guy to do things like that, but for me, I’m scrutinized when I swear. I’m sorry for swearing; absolve my sins.”

At the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar, this real rocky man has proven his superiority. The referee stopped the fight at 3:07 of round 2 when 45-year-old Couture was knocked out to the ground, leaving the victory to Brock.

Couture still has two fights remaining on his contract, but meanwhile, after this defeat in the 2nd round by knockout, Lesnar now becomes the first man ever to win both the UFC and WWE Heavyweight Championships.
